Flex Security Officer - Full Time at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. – Primary Location: Omaha, NE. Wage: $19.00/HR. The role involves monitoring premises, access control, and patrolling client sites to maintain safety and regulatory compliance.

You will interact with client employees and guests, resolve conflicts, and respond to emergencies while following post orders and assigned rounds. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits and Paid Time Off.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Must be able to work 2 out of 3 shifts - open availability preferred.
• Must pass a motor vehicle report.
• Must possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct extensive foot patrols of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Flex Security Officer - Full Time

The Flex Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
