Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Neosho, Missouri is seeking a Flex Officer - Part Time to help maintain a secure environment at client sites.

You will monitor entrances, perform patrols, verify IDs, and respond to alarms and incidents while upholding company policies and safety standards. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently with vigilance during shifts.

• Monitor loading docks and shipping/receiving areas.

Flex Officer - Part Time

Primary Location: Neosho, MO

Wage: $17.00/HR

All Shifts Available: 24 Hours Per Week

• 0600 - 1400
• 1400 - 2200
• 2200 - 0600

The Flex Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect

• Monitor entrances and exits.
• Check in employees, visitors, and trucks entering / exiting.

• Inspect vehicles and deliveries when required.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances.
• Contact the police, fire department, or management when necessary.
• Enforce warehouse security rules and procedures.
• Prepare incident reports.
• Monitor loading docks and shipping / receiving areas.
• Answering phones.
• Vision phone usage.

Basic Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Must be able to complete long distance foot patrols, which can be split up (includes stairs) and Setting for long periods of time.
