Responsibilities

Summary

As a Flex Security Officer, you will often be the first person people interact with at an assigned client site. You will maintain a positive environment and experience for guests. The Flex Officer will gain broad and specialized knowledge of various posts and will be evaluated for leadership and growth potential. Reliable performance can lead to supervisory or leadership roles, with career growth opportunities within the company. Flex Officers help ensure all security posts are covered, providing a deep bench of qualified officers ready to stand in for full-time and part-time employees when needed.

Responsibilities :

• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, ensuring property and personnel security and safety.
• Perform periodic patrols to check for irregularities and inspect protection devices and fire control equipment.
• Enforce site regulations regarding personnel, visitors, and premises.
• Control access to client sites or facilities.
• Patrol the site on foot or vehicle; check for hazards, unauthorized persons, and security violations.
• Protect evidence or scene of incidents during investigations.
• Respond to emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, bomb threats, and hazardous materials.
• Prepare logs and reports as required. Indicate your availability for shifts, with 2nd and 3rd shifts being most common.

Schedule - Days / Shift Time

Saturday Sunday 7am-3pm

Sunday-Thursday 3pm-11pm

Friday Saturday 3pm-11pm

Monday-Friday 11pm-7am

Qualifications

This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking additional income, retired individuals, or those looking for flexible employment outside standard hours. These fill-in positions require availability for various days and shifts, including nights and weekends. You will be paid a premium rate for shifts when you are available and called upon weekly. Shifts are typically at retail locations we cover.

• Must meet city/state requirements and certifications for guard duties.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable communication means.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to write routine logs and reports.

Pay Rate: USD $19.00 / Hr.
