HIRING IMMEDIATELY
We are hiring Flex Security Officers in Indianapolis, IN. All shifts and days are available. Starting pay is $18.50/hr with weekly pay.
This position supports our operations by filling shifts due to illness, weather, vacation, or other causes, ensuring continuous service and protecting staff wellbeing.
As a Flex Officer, your schedule varies based on operational needs. You may work at different posts or facilities, sometimes with short notice. You’re expected to work scheduled shifts unless you communicate unavailability in advance. For short-notice shifts, working at least 80% of called shifts is expected; refusing more than 20% may affect employment.
You will perform duties as per Post Orders and SOPs, requiring quick and efficient action based on training.
High School diploma or equivalent.
