Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services in New Jersey is hiring a Full Time Flex Response Security Officer. ACTIVE NJ SORA LICENSE REQUIRED, ACTIVE DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED. Shift availability across 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts; 32–40 hours per week.

Coverage includes Swedesboro, Paulsboro, Carneys Point, Marlton, Pennsauken and Berlin. Compensation: $24.00 per hour. You will observe, report on activity at assigned locations, provide rapid response in emergencies, and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• NJ SORA license and driver's license are required.
• Flexible shifts across 1st, 2nd and 3rd with 32–40 hours per week.
• Security officer role at multiple NJ sites.

Responsibilities

• Cover open posts when called (terminations, post abandonments, emergencies).
• Observe, survey, and report activity at assigned location.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Maintain detailed written reports.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.

Your background

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required.
