Job summary

GardaWorld – Security Services in New Jersey is hiring a Flex Response Security Officer. This full-time role requires an active NJ SORA license and an active driver's license, with 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift coverage and 32–40 hours per week. Sites include Swedesboro, Paulsboro, Carney's Point, Marlton, Pennsauken and Berlin.

Compensation is $24.00 per hour. You will cover open posts, provide excellent customer service, observe and report on activity, and respond rapidly to incidents.

Qualifications

• Active NJ SORA license required.
• Active driver's license required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexibility to cover 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Responsibilities

• Cover open posts as needed (terminations, post abandonments, emergencies).
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Observe surroundings and report activity at the location.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Read and write detailed security reports.

Your background:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required.
