Job summary

Mercy in Missouri is seeking a Physical Therapist (Flex/Per Diem) to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality therapy to adults and geriatric patients.

You will collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams, supervise PT Assistants, and ensure compliance with state practice acts and Mercy standards while promoting a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or higher in Physical Therapy as required.
• Active PT license in the practicing state.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patient needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy services per established plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and care teams.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides.
• Deliver care to adult and geriatric patients.
• Ensure compliance with state laws and Mercy standards.
• Contribute to a positive patient-centered environment.
