Allied Universal in Manassas, VA is seeking a Flex Part-Time Security Officer to safeguard clients across diverse industries and to use our exclusive Shift a Shift platform to pick up open shifts matching your availability.

You’ll perform security procedures, respond to incidents, and patrol sites while gaining hands-on experience and growth opportunities with a leading security services provider.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles (as applicable).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen will be conducted as a condition of employment where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required before employment.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
