Job Summary

The Flex Operator safely operates router machinery, meets quality and production standards, and supports efficient operations through training and teamwork while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

• Rotate and safely operate machines in Router.
• Undergo training, learning, testing, and demonstrated competency.
• Maintain quality and production rates.
• Understand and communicate progression process and criteria.
• Perform housekeeping, use applicable tools, and accurately maintain necessary records.
• Set up and change simple fixturing and standard tooling.
• Responsible for 5S in the work area.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

• High school diploma/GED.
• Assistance and reliability: reliable attendance and timely, accurate performance.
• Effective communication with management and team members.
• Professional interpersonal relationships.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment exposed to dust, odors, noise, and extreme conditions.
