Naval Air Station Patuxent River is seeking a Maintenance Helper to assist a higher grade maintenance worker in keeping fitness facilities and equipment in top condition. You will help with simple trades, upkeep, and basic repairs to doors, floors, walls, wiring, plumbing and more.
The role requires residence within 50 miles of Pax River, a valid driver's license, and completion of required safety certifications. Intermittent work schedule and travel may be involved.
This position is assigned to the Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Fitness Dept at NAS Patuxent River. Serves as a Maintenance Helper and assists in repairs and upkeep of fitness facilities.

Basic knowledge of trade practices sufficient to complete simple tasks using common skills. Familiaritywith safe use of common hand and powered tools.
Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid state driver's license.
