Advanced Systems Group LLC is seeking experienced Control Room Operators for a fast-paced live broadcast environment. You will handle audio on a robotic multi-camera setup, ensuring broadcast-quality output across live and on‑demand streams.

This flex, project-based role offers variety across top-tier clients and environments. The ideal candidate brings studio experience, strong live audio mixing skills, and proficiency with camera control systems and broadcast routing.

Qualifications

• Experience in a live broadcast or studio control room.
• Proficient live audio mixing across multi-zone setups.
• Solid video and robotic camera operation skills.
• Experience with streaming production and broadcast routing.
• Knowledge of networked audio ecosystems and standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate sound desk and robotic multi-camera system in real time.
• Manage multi-zone studio audio including talent and audience zones.
• Monitor and correct acoustic feedback in high-density studios.
• Coordinate IEM signal chains for on-air talent during live production.
• Adapt techniques across different studio environments and conditions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and uphold production quality for live streams.
• Support workflows turning live events into on-demand assets.
• Escalate production issues to engineering and teams.
• Ensure smooth execution of production runs with timing and coordination.
• QC additional production content and assets.
• Contribute to a culture of creativity, problem-solving, and excellence.
