Job summary

JENNMAR Services is seeking a Flex Laborer for full-time entry level work in an outdoor setting. You will operate light equipment, perform dirt work and clearing tasks, and use weed whackers and hand tools with emphasis on safety. Training is provided for MSHA certification if needed.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to work in varying outdoor conditions. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Exposure to dirt, dust and variable weather.
• Mowing experience is a plus.
• MSHA certification is a plus; training provided.

We are seeking motivated individuals for full-time entry level positions involving light equipment operation, hand tools, labor, and dirt work. This role offers competitive pay, and benefits package.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate various types of light equipment.
• Knowledge of dirt work, and clearing functions.
• Knowledge on safely operating weed whackers, hand tools, and other related equipment.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance including fueling and greasing.
• Follow and comply with all safety rules and regulations.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in an outdoor environment in varying conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in an outdoor environment that requires exposure to dirt, dust, and various types of fair to poorweather
• Mowing experince is aplus
• MSHA certification is a plus but not required- We will train you.
• Willingness and ability to pass a pre-employment background check, and drug/alcohol screening
