Job summary

JENNMAR Services in Avella, PA is hiring a Flex Laborer for full-time entry-level work, including mowing, dirt work, and light equipment operation. This position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Exposure to dirt, dust, and variable weather.
• Mowing experience is a plus.
• MSHA certification is a plus; training provided.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol screening.

We are seeking motivated individuals for full-time entry level positions involving light equipment operation, hand tools, labor, and dirt work. This role offers competitive pay, and benefits package.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate various types of light equipment.
• Knowledge of dirt work, and clearing functions.
• Knowledge on safely operating weed whackers, hand tools, and other related equipment.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance including fueling and greasing.
• Follow and comply with all safety rules and regulations.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in an outdoor environment that requires exposure to dirt, dust, and various types of fair to poorweather
• Mowing experince is aplus
