  • Participate in cross-training for plating processes (manual tanks or automated lines) and step up as needed to support plating operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and equipment in compliance with all prescribed safety regulations - properly rinse stations, dispose of chemical waste, and keep aisles clear.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on etch equipment per the operator process control checklist (e.g., check conveyor belts, inspect pumps, clean tank filters).
  • Complete daily tasks as directed by the production schedule with minimal supervision, consistently meeting or exceeding throughput targets.
  • Communicate process feedback, equipment issues, or material concerns to the department Lead or Supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate as a team member with peers and leadership to support production demands and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills - able to report measurements, log trends, and elevate issues clearly.
