The position involves daily supervision, routines, driving, devotions, and active engagement in student activities, with a progression toward a placed houseparent role over time.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role: married for at least two years.
• Spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; staff serve as role models.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in development/recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
