Position Title: Flex "Gig" Staffing Sales Reps – Commission Only
Work Arrangement: Part-Time & Flexible “Gig”
Compensation: Commission Only (Capped at $100K per client annually; uncapped number of clients)
Location: Remote (U.S.-based; preference for candidates with strong regional business networks)

Position Summary: The Commission-Only Staffing Sales Representative identifies, qualifies, and refers staffing job orders from their professional network or through new business development. The ideal candidate has an existing network of hiring managers and decision-makers across sectors such as accounting, finance, IT, HR, or marketing.
Note: This is a pure business development role. You are not responsible for recruiting or account management—PeopleCaddie’s internal team handles candidate delivery and client service.
