Job summary

Allied Universal in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Security Officer Flex Driving Patrol to support clients across multiple sites. The role offers 30–40 hours weekly, with a variable schedule and a self-scheduling program, giving you steady income and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must be available for last‑minute shift scheduling.
• Must be willing to travel the required distance.
• Be at least 18 or 21+ years old depending on role.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances and exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property and ensure proper removal of items.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site orders.
