Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Flex Patrol Driver Holiday Coverage in Bloomington, MN. This role supports a variety of client sites with irregular shifts and last-minute scheduling, offering 30–40 hours per week and growth opportunities within a leading security services organization.

The position requires a valid driver's license, ability to work holidays and weekends, and a HS diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Able to accommodate last-minute shift scheduling.
• Must have a valid driver’s license per policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles.
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensure authorized removal of property per client requirements.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders.
