Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit in Redmond, WA is hiring a Flex Corporate Security Specialist for a full-time role. This on-site position offers a flexible schedule, with a strong emphasis on customer service and security operations at client sites.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• Associates degree OR 2 years of honorable military service OR 2 years of professional Law Enforcement experience.
• 1+ years of professional experience in customer service and 1+ years of security experience required.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Exceptional customer service experience required.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
• Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

Flex Corporate Security Specialist - Full Time

Primary Location: Redmond, WA

Our Security helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

Corporate Security Specialist — Flex — Redmond, WA

Wage: $35.51/HR

Schedule: This is a Flex position that strongly prefers 7 days availability.
