Job summary

PCC Markets in Bothell, WA seeks Flex Clerks to balance cashiering with grocery and produce tasks. You will deliver excellent customer service, stock and rotate items, build produce displays, and assist other departments as needed.

This role requires physical effort and adherence to PCC standards as part of a cooperative team. Starting wage range is $17.63–$17.83 per hour; benefits include health, vision, dental, disability, PTO, pension, and staff discounts plus union benefits.

Qualifications

• Must provide excellent, professional customer service.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to stand, bend, twist, and lift 10–40 lbs regularly.
• Food Worker Card from WA DoH required and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent, professional customer service.
• Stocks and rotates grocery, dairy, frozen and bulk products.
• Faces grocery, dairy and frozen aisles and maintains back-stock organization.
• Builds and maintains produce displays; updates signage and prices.
• Operates register and handles payments following PCC standards.
