Job summary

Mini-Circuits in New York is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to lead a technical team in managing New Product Introductions of RF components. The position will focus on manufacturability, yield, reliability, and cost-effectiveness while supporting critical markets like Aerospace and Defense.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in RF/microwave product engineering, manufacturing engineering, or NPI roles.
• Demonstrated experience productizing RF products and leading NPIs from concept through stable production.
• Strong understanding of RF and microwave theory as applied to passive component manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Engineers for Ceramic-based RF component NPI.
• Support the end-to-end NPI and productization process.
• Drive NPI schedules focusing on manufacturing readiness and on-time production release.
