All Flex Solutions, Inc. in Bloomington, MN is seeking a hands-on manufacturing technician to learn and apply manufacturing processes for flex circuits. You will explore ideas, design improvements and help implement more efficient production methods in house.

Responsibilities include testing, troubleshooting production equipment, coordinating with setup engineering and IPC standards. You will work with cross-functional teams, maintain safety, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of applicable manufacturing experience.
• Mechanical aptitude, electronics knowledge, and a strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Learn manufacturing processes, visions, ideas and implementation.
• Research and design new and more efficient ways of manufacturing flex circuits in house.
• Conduct tests for problem solving as needed.
• Troubleshoot production equipment to ensure quality.
• Coordinate with setup engineering and other departments to resolve issues.
• Attend meetings related to process applications.
• Participate in IPC standards development as requested by Engineering.
• Other duties as assigned.
