Bluegrass Care Navigators seeks a Hospice Chaplain to provide compassionate spiritual care to patients, families and caregivers, in accordance with hospice philosophy. The role includes spiritual assessments, counseling, and coordination with community resources, within an interdisciplinary team.
The chaplain will contribute to holistic patient care, meeting licensure requirements, and supporting diverse faith traditions across our Kentucky regions including Barbourville, Pikeville and Hazard.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, occasional on-call rotation
Location: Barbourville, Pikeville and the Hazard regional offices, but may also include any other locations that BCN serves.
Position Summary:
The Hospice Chaplain is responsible for providing compassionate spiritual care and support to patients, families, and caregivers in accordance with hospice philosophy. This role delivers spiritual assessments, counseling, and guidance directly or through coordination with community spiritual resources, while collaborating as a member of the interdisciplinary team. The Chaplain contributes to holistic patient care within the scope of practice and in alignment with organizational policies and licensure requirements.
