Job summary

Odeko in Boston is seeking a delivery driver to service the greater Boston area, delivering customer orders with care and ensuring safe, accurate handling of goods. You will navigate deliveries, use RF scanners, and assist with inventory in the fulfillment center as needed.

The role requires lifting up to 60 lbs, driving a route Monday to Friday 4 AM–12 PM, and collaborating with teams. Competitive weekly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and understand/speak English.
• Valid state driver's license held for at least 4 years.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform warehouse tasks when not driving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders across the greater Boston area following safety protocols.
• Load and unload packages and maneuver them using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
• Inspect orders for accuracy and resolve issues in real time.
• Stock items and assist with inventory in the fulfillment center as needed.
• Operate RF scanner to track inventory and orders.

Must Have Experience Driving In The Boston Rea

What your day will look like

• Drive across the greater Boston area delivering customer orders while following all safety protocols
• Enter and exit the delivery vehicle while transporting customer orders
• Determine placement of merchandise while following safety and lifting protocols during deliveries
• Use a hand truck to move packages across different levels such a stairs and ramps
• Correctly identify any order issues and resolve them in real time
• Frequently move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the fulfillment center
• Operate an RF scanner, hand truck, pallet jack, or electric pallet jack to move inventory across the fulfillment center
• Frequently move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the fulfillment center
• Assemble customer packages
• Assist with inventory management, including counting and inspecting items
• Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
• Must be able to read, write, & understand/speak English

What we’re looking for

• Able to lift packages (up to 60 lbs.) and be able to get in and out of a van numerous times in a shift
• Strong attention to detail
• Enjoy learning new processes and technology
• Must have held state driver’s license for at least 4 years
• When not driving a route, working in the warehouse will be required
