Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is hiring a Flex Associate to support execution of client projects. Employment is on-going on an as-needed basis and reports to the Market Sales Manager. Rate of pay is $15.00 per hour with flexible shifts and comprehensive benefits.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance), ability to work sitting/standing/walking, and access to a computer and email. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• English communication skills required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy by following instructions.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer.
• Lift objects as required (up to 50 lbs, up to 100 lbs with assistance).
• Work could be performed while sitting, standing, or walking.
• Perform tasks requiring fine hand and finger manipulation and mobility.
• Work flexible shifts (am or pm) based on store requirements.

The Flex Associate position is responsible for assisting other Anderson Merchandisers associates in execution of client projects. Employment will be on-going on an as needed basis and reports directly to the Market Sales Manager.

What would you do in this role?

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

• Execute all required tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy, by following all provided instructions
• Maintain company, client, and retailer confidentiality
• Must be able to lift objects and products up to a maximum of 50lbswith frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs.,in addition, the ability to lift heavy objects up to100lbswith assistance from another associate
• Work could be performed while sitting, standing, or walking
• Work performed will entail fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing, as well as upper and lower body mobility
• Work flexible shifts (am or pm) based on store requirements

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS, including but not limited to the following:

• Must be able to lift objects and products up to a maximum of 50lbswith frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs.,in addition, the ability to lift heavy objects up to100lbswith assistance from another associate
• Work could be performed while sitting, standing, or walking
• Work performed will entail fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing, as well as upper and lower body mobility
• Work flexible shifts (am or pm) based on store requirements and needs, includinga minimum of one 4-hour weekend shift.
• High School diploma or equivalency certification required
• A valid driver's license is required, as travel to additional locations may be necessary
• Automobile liability insurance is required to be maintained
• Must have access to a computer, internet access, printing capabilities, and e-mail
• Access to a webcam is preferred
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Must have eligible to work in the U.S.
• A minimum of conversational proficiency in English (both spoken and written) with the ability to communicate with customers and/or coworkers at a conversational level in real-time.
