Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Flex Associate to support client projects across store environments. This on-going, as-needed role reports to the Market Sales Manager and requires lifting, lifting with assistance, and flexible scheduling.

The associate will follow provided instructions, protect confidentiality, and communicate in real time. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, computer access, and English proficiency are required; customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent certification required.
• Valid driver's license required; travel to additional locations may be necessary.
• Access to a computer, internet, printing capabilities and e-mail; webcam preferred.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute all tasks, projects, resets and displays with accuracy following instructions.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client and retailer information.
• Work flexible shifts (am or pm) with at least one 4-hour weekend shift.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; assist with heavier objects up to 100 lbs with aid.
• Sit, stand or walk; perform fine manipulation and mobility tasks.

The Flex Associate position is responsible for assisting other Anderson Merchandisers associates in execution of client projects. Employment will be on-going on an as needed basis and reports directly to the Market Sales Manager.

What would you do in this role?

• Execute all required tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy, by following all provided instructions
• Maintain company, client, and retailer confidentiality
• Must be able to lift objects and products up to a maximum of 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs.,in addition, the ability to lift heavy objects up to100 lbs with assistance from another associate
• Work could be performed while sitting, standing, or walking
• Work performed will entail fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing, as well as upper and lower body mobility
• Work flexible shifts (am or pm) based on store requirements

Requirements and Qualifications

• A minimum of conversational proficiency in English (both spoken and written) with the ability to communicate with customers and/or coworkers at a conversational level in real-time.
