Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a retail associate to provide coverage when regularly scheduled staff are unavailable or during peak business activity. The role supports selling and store operations while delivering a strong customer experience.

As a frontline associate, you will recommend merchandise, build relationships with customers, process transactions accurately, and keep the selling floor and fitting rooms tidy, while following brand standards and asset protection procedures.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience with proven sales record and customer-focused approach.
• Fashion knowledge and ability to build relationships and deliver high service.
• Experience using POS registers and store equipment.
