Liberty Defense Group is seeking a dependable Part-Time Armed Security Specialist to provide security coverage at client sites around Kansas City, Missouri. Flexible scheduling lets you balance other commitments while making a difference in safety.

Responsibilities include patrols, maintaining a visible presence, responding to incidents, and carrying a firearm in accordance with laws and company policy. This role offers growth opportunities within a veteran-owned company.

Competenze

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Armed Guard Card and Agent ID or eligible to obtain them.
• Must have a firearm and a Level 2 or higher holster, and magazine pouch.
• Prior military, law enforcement, corrections, or security experience preferred.
• Must be legally eligible to carry a firearm.
• Must successfully complete required background checks, firearms training, and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

We are seeking a dependable and professional Part-Time Armed Security Specialist to provide security coverage at assigned client locations. This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible part-time hours while making a difference in maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $19.00 - $21/hr
• Armed Licensing Sponsorship Program: LDG covers the upfront cost of your required Armed Guard Card and Agent ID, with repayment made easy via payroll deductions once you are working.
