Qualifications

• Five or more years of managing a large fleet of heavy equipment in construction or related industry.
• Experience supervising yard staff and coordinating material handling and inventory.
• Familiarity with fleet budgets, cost controls, and vendor negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle management of 600+ heavy equipment and vehicles, including procurement, maintenance, repair, and disposal.
• Lead yard operations for material and aggregate yards, ensuring safety, inventory accuracy, and efficient loading.
• Maintain preventive maintenance programs and regulatory compliance (DOT/OSHA).
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and subcontractors to optimize resources and costs.
• Manage fleet management system for scheduling, utilization reporting, and data-driven decisions.
