Job summary

Dondlinger Construction Company is seeking a Fleet Administrator to provide administrative support for the crane and vehicle fleet, working closely with the Sales & Operations Manager of Allied Crane. This role tracks equipment location, scheduled site duration, and maintains maintenance and compliance records.

You will ensure accurate equipment usage billing, coordinate with project teams, and assist with fleet-related accounting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of admin or clerical experience in fleet or construction operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn fleet/ERP software.
• Experience with data entry, recordkeeping, and billing processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across field, yard, shop, and office teams.

Responsibilities

• Track the location, assignment, and status of all fleet assets.
• Monitor how long equipment remains on site and flag idle/overdue items.
• Maintain fleet system (Tenna) with locations, hours, and movements.
• Coordinate with project teams for equipment needs, deliveries, and on-site duration.
• Prepare and process equipment billing, allocating usage to correct jobs and cost codes.
• Support accounting with fleet-related accounts payable/receivable and resolve discrepancies.
