Job summary

Satellite Shelters, Inc. is seeking a Yard Supervisor to coordinate daily yard operations, direct yard technicians, field service technicians, and drivers to ensure units are repaired, prepared, and delivered on time.

The role requires a high school diploma and 4+ years of related experience, strong leadership and communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. You will monitor fleet maintenance, supervise safety training, and interact with customers at job sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, coordinates, and monitors fleet schedule and repair.
• Coordinates schedules and assigns tasks to yard personnel for cleaning, repair, delivery, maintenance, and other projects.
• Orders parts and supplies to ensure availability.
• Manages inventory per company standards.
• Ensures standards for cleaning, repair, and refurbishment of each unit.
• Maintains positive working relationships to promote a cooperative environment.
• Maximizes morale, productivity, and efficiency.
• Manages training of yard personnel and drivers in safety policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Prepares units for rental to Satellite quality standards.
• Inspects units and documents details; interfaces with customers at job sites.
