Job summary

Tower Mobility LLC is seeking a Fleet Associate I in Los Angeles to execute preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections for WAV and EV fleets. The role emphasizes vehicle safety, drivability, ADA compliance, and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include performing maintenance, inspecting systems, updating work orders, tracking parts, and coordinating with technicians and vendors while maintaining a safe workspace.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and in-house repairs to keep vehicles safe and drivable.
• Inspect WAV/ADA systems for compliance and safety, completing non-powered repairs as needed.
• Create, update, and close work orders with documentation and photos to confirm road-readiness.
• Retrieve, stage, and track parts in the fleet system; notify on inventory or delivery discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Fleet Technicians, Leads, and vendors as needed; guide staff when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow shop safety procedures.
