Job summary

Turf Masters Lawn & Landscape, LLC is seeking a Pressure Washing and Cleaning Technician to keep our fleet vehicles clean and presentable for daily service. You will operate a truck-mounted pressure washing unit, remove dirt and debris, and detail interiors to meet company standards.

Responsibilities include driving a route on a pre-established schedule, performing routine unit checks, handling minor maintenance, and using degreasers and detergents as directed.

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience in route driving or equipment operation.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Proficiency in English - reading, writing, and speaking.
• Valid Iowa driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive a truck and trailer following a pre-established schedule, servicing multiple locations per day.
• Operate a heated pressure washer safely and effectively.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as removing dirt, debris, and staining from vehicles, cleaning windows, and detailing the interiors.
• Monitor the operational status of the unit to identify any abnormal sounds, vibrations, and performance.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as checking oil and other fluid levels.
• Use degreasers, soaps, and detergents as directed.
• Operate a squeegee and extension to wash large fleet trucks and equipment.
• Maintain established schedule and provide feedback to improve schedule efficiency.
