Job summary

A Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering or equivalent, along with sailing experience on propelled vessels and a Chief Engineer’s license is preferred. The position involves considerable travel and close collaboration with ships' senior officers and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Sailing experience on steam and motor propelled vessels.
• Preferred Chief Engineer’s license endorsed by an internationally recognized Flag State.
• Able to complete considerable travel associated with the position.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical operation and performance of assigned fleet vessels.
• Monitor vessel maintenance and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate vessel repairs and inspections.
