Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card prior to processing.

Responsibilities

• Adjusts parts, components, systems to ensure fitness and proper operation of district vehicles.
• Checks fluid levels, tire pressure and accessories to identify repairs or maintenance needs.
• Diagnoses vehicle malfunctions and determines needed repairs.
• Repairs vehicle systems and replaces defective parts to keep vehicles in safe operating condition.
• Performs road tests and prepares documentation of repairs and maintenance.
