Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Vehicle Technician for an automotive engineering and fleet operations team in East Liberty, OH. The role supports Engineering, Testing, and Vehicle Readiness with a focus on safe, on‑road operation.

The position requires 2+ years of vehicle technician experience, a valid driver’s license, forklift certification, and the ability to pass background checks. Schedule: Tue–Sat, 6:00am–2:30pm, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of vehicle technician experience with automotive maintenance/repair knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Current forklift operator certification compliant with safety standards.
• Ability to pass background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and readiness inspections to ensure safe on-road operation.
• Coordinate vehicle service and repair activities with engineering teams and Shop Foreman.
• Maintain accurate service records, diagnostic reports, and quality documentation.
• Support shop operations by maintaining tools, equipment, facilities, and parts inventory.
• Assist with vehicle demonstrations, testing activities, and occasional local travel to support fleet operations.
