Southwest Construction is seeking a skilled Truck Technician to join our team and maintain a modern fleet of light and medium-duty trucks and towable equipment.

The role requires performing repairs, documenting work, and conducting road tests to assess and diagnose issues. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, and technical school training is encouraged; ASE certs are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Training from an accredited technical school preferred.
• ASE certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair fleet trucks and related equipment.
• Document repairs with writing skills.
• Road test and diagnose condition of trucks and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines, fuel systems, A/C and brakes.
• Repair liftgate hydraulics and wiring, electrical components.
