Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
• Prior insurance experience in commercial underwriting preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of ISO rating methodology and rating models preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to travel 0–20%.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and price new business and renewal transportation insurance accounts.
• Collaborate with brokers and customers via phone, email, web, or in-person visits.
• Contribute to profitable growth by directly managing a book of transportation business.
• Perform book-level analysis and coordinate with Claims, Risk Engineering, Finance or Actuarial.
