Responsibilities

• Manage 100-250 professional drivers during night and weekend hours.
• Provide professional verbal and written communication to drivers and customers.
• Develop safe, on-time service plans and address driver concerns (hours of service, directions, pay, productivity).
• Coordinate with other departments to reach company goals.
• Make cost-effective decisions aligned with company priorities.
• Troubleshoot daily challenges for customers and drivers.
• Ensure timely attendance for all shifts.
