Job summary

Transportation Equipment Network (TEN) is seeking an Operations Manager to lead branch operations for trailer leasing, rental, maintenance, and fleet support. You will oversee daily activities, ensure efficient yard and inventory management, and drive exceptional service across our trailer fleet.

You will partner with Sales to maximize utilization, coordinate inspections, and uphold safety standards while developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced transportation environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop operations teams.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, transportation compliance, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day branch operations: rentals, leasing, inspections, maintenance scheduling, yard management.
• Coordinate trailer deliveries, pickups, and on-site movements for efficient fleet utilization.
• Manage trailer and equipment inventory for availability and readiness.
• Lead collaboration with Sales to optimize fleet utilization and growth.
• Oversee inspections and ensure quality and safety standards.
