Job summary

Shrader Tire & Oil is seeking a Commercial Tire Technician in Indiana to join a safety‑driven team. You will perform tire mounting, installation, maintenance, and documentation to keep fleets on the road.

We offer a benefits package including medical and dental insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. This role requires physical stamina, a valid CDL or at least a CDL‑class license, and willingness to be on‑call to support our customers 24/7.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Available for on-call and after-hour service rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire mounting, installation, inventory, preventive maintenance, repairs, and documentation.
• Provide Emergency Roadside Service during business hours for flat tire repairs or replacements.
• Night service 24/7 roadside tire repairs or replacements.
• Follow preventive maintenance best practices including yard checks and pressure/tread inspections.
• Adhere to proper mounting and dismounting guidelines.
