Sign-on bonuses are available: Tech I up to $1,500, II up to $2,500, III up to $3,500, IV up to $4,500. You’ll mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires, service trucks, respond to roadside calls, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Tire, automotive, diesel, fleet, or related service experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotations, repairs, and replacements.
• Service commercial truck, fleet, and passenger vehicle tires.
• Respond to roadside service calls and customer emergencies.
• Conduct inspections and identify tire-related maintenance needs.
• Operate service vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at customer locations and service facilities.
• Follow company, DOT, and OSHA safety standards.
• Support training and development as you advance within the technician career path
