Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time fleet mechanic in Champaign, IL. You will maintain and repair fleet vehicles, diagnose issues, and perform preventative maintenance to keep drivers safe on the road delivering beloved brands. Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.
• Valid D10K Certification.
• Driver's license not suspended or revoked in past 3 years.
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Able to work in tight spaces and for long shifts.
• Able to work on/under trucks for 8–12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair fleet vehicles, diagnose mechanical issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on fleet equipment.
• Work alongside experienced mechanics on complex repairs.
• Manage parts inventory and charge parts/labor to work orders.
• Build relationships with vendors for parts estimates and outside labor.
