Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills required.
• Mechanical understanding and experience essential.
• Knowledge of standard computer software applications required.
• CDL license and ACE certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet technicians in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles and equipment.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a skilled team.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Ensure repairs comply with OEM specifications and DOT regulations.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for compliance audits.
