Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, repair, and service on County vehicles and equipment, from preventive maintenance to complex diagnostics.
Diagnose problems using advanced diagnostic equipment; review fault codes and plan repairs.
Replace worn or defective parts, rebuild engines, and service brakes, HVAC, and electrical systems as needed.
Prepare maintenance reports, track parts used, and log work orders in the system.
Assist with training and oversight of co-workers when classified accordingly.
