Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Rochester, NY is seeking a full-time Fleet Maintenance Technician to service a diverse fleet and ensure PepsiCo brands reach communities safely and on time. On-the-job training and a safety-first culture are provided as you perform PMs, diagnostics, and repairs on trucks, vans, and forklifts.

You will document work orders and vehicle records, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate with a team that values efficiency and reliability. This role features a Tuesday?

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Certifications: Brakes, ASE Electrical, ASE Heavy Duty are required.
• At least 1 year of experience or training in hydraulics and air brake systems, aftertreatment and emissions repairs, driveline repairs, engine repairs, diagnostic platforms, and welding.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) and repairs with a high degree of independence.
• Use diagnostic tools and programs to diagnose issues and complete repairs (training provided).
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across a diverse fleet (light/heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts).
• Maintain documentation and records (work orders, vehicle records, checklists) using provided tools.
• Support safety standards and respond to service calls as needed.
