PepsiCo Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair a diverse fleet, including light and heavy trucks and forklifts. You will perform PMs, diagnostics, and repairs, documenting work orders and vehicle records.

The role offers on-the-job training, a safety‑driven culture, and full‑time hours from Monday to Friday with a 12:00pm start and 8:30pm end, supporting a fast-paced, hands-on environment across PepsiCo brands.

Formación

• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Certifications: Brakes, ASE Electrical, ASE Heavy Duty.
• At least 1 year of experience or training in hydraulics, air brake systems, after treatment and emissions repairs, driveline repairs, engine repairs, using diagnostic platforms, and welding.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) and repairs with a high degree of independence.
• Use diagnostic tools and programs to diagnose issues and complete repairs (training provided).
• Conduct advanced diagnostics and repairs across a fleet (light/heavy trucks, vans, forklifts).
• Maintain documentation and records (work orders, vehicle records, checklists).
• Support safety standards and respond to service calls as needed.
