Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Technician in Fort Myers, FL. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs across a diverse fleet of vehicles including light and heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts.

Expect hands-on diagnostics with training provided and thorough documentation of all work orders and vehicle records. The role requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and certifications in Brakes, ASE Electrical, and ASE Heavy Duty.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (with or without accommodation).
• Must be able to reach lift, carry, push and pull (with or without accommodation).
• Certifications: Brakes, ASE Electrical, ASE Heavy Duty.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) and repairs with a high degree of independence.
• Use leading-edge diagnostics/tools (training provided) to diagnose issues and complete repairs.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across a diverse fleet (light/heavy trucks, vans, forklifts).
• Maintain documentation and records (work orders, vehicle records, checklists) using provided tools.
• Support safety-first culture by following all safety standards and procedures and answering service calls as needed.
