Pepco Holdings is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform service, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles and construction equipment at multiple locations in Maryland. The role requires a high school diploma and hands-on mechanical experience.

Candidates should be prepared to travel between Pepco sites, obtain ASE certification within one year, and pursue a CDL Class A within six months. The position offers competitive pay and benefits in a union-environment setting.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or technical field in Mechanical repair.
• Experience performing preventive and/or corrective maintenance on transportation and heavy construction equipment.
• Willingness to travel and work at multiple Pepco Holdings locations; valid driver’s license required.

Mansioni

• Perform service maintenance and repairs on all types of vehicles and construction equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and service on motor vehicles and related equipment.
• Inspect and maintain a safe work area and tools; report hazards.
• Maintain records of vehicle and equipment maintenance and perform clerical tasks as needed.
• Ensure proper use and security of company-owned tools and equipment; comply with safety requirements.
