Job summary

PepsiCo in Rosenberg, TX is seeking a full-time Fleet Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair fleet vehicles on a night shift (10:00 PM–8:30 AM). The role involves diagnosing mechanical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring drivers stay on the road delivering beloved brands.

The candidate must have a valid CDL Class A or B, be able to lift 50 pounds, and work in tight spaces for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B license.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds with or without accommodation.
• Able to work on/under trucks during an 8–12 hour shift.
• CDL required and driving responsibilities included.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair fleet vehicles including diagnosing mechanical issues and performing preventative maintenance.
• Work with experienced mechanics on complex repairs and troubleshooting.
• Return vehicles to the traffic center when needed.
• Manage parts inventory and charge parts and labor to work orders using provided systems.
• Build relationships with vendors for estimates on parts or outside labor.
